6.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Disclosurehelpwin will disclose personal data to government authorities, regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council), law enforcement agencies, and courts where required to do so by applicable law, by court order, or by regulatory directive. In such cases, helpwin will disclose only the minimum data necessary to satisfy the legal requirement and will, where permitted by law, notify you of such disclosure.
6.3 Business TransfersIn the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of helpwin's assets, personal data held by helpwin may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. In such circumstances, helpwin will notify you of any material change to the entity controlling your personal data and the data protection terms applicable to you.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you access the helpwin Platform. They allow the Platform to remember certain information about your session — such as that you are logged in, your language preference, and your last visited game category — so you do not need to re-enter this information on each page load. helpwin uses both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a set period or until deleted).

helpwin's services are strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. helpwin does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 21. If helpwin becomes aware that a player account belongs to a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending review, and the account will be permanently closed in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and our Terms and Conditions.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that persons under 21 in their care do not access the helpwin Platform using their device or account credentials. helpwin recommends the use of device-level parental control software where shared devices are used in households with minors.
helpwin reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, our data practices, or our services. The current version of the Privacy Policy will always be available on the helpwin Platform with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.
Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect how we process your personal data or the rights available to you — helpwin will notify you via in-platform notification and/or SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number at least 7 days before the revised Policy takes effect, except where immediate changes are required by law.
Your continued use of the helpwin Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and contact helpwin's support team to close your account and request deletion of your data where applicable.

helpwin will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and will substantively respond within the applicable timeframes under Republic Act No. 10173 — generally within 15 business days for access and correction requests, subject to the complexity of the request.
If you are not satisfied with helpwin's response to your privacy concern, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The NPC is the supervisory authority for data privacy matters in the Philippines and provides an online complaint mechanism through its official channels.
