These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the helpwin platform and all services provided through helpwin.asia. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
All helpwin players must be at least 21 years old. This is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations. Age is verified during KYC. Accounts found to belong to underage persons are immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one helpwin account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the mobile number, device, or name used — violate these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and balance forfeiture.
All helpwin promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
helpwin requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's license, and Philippine passport. KYC is a one-time process per account.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any activity that distorts fair play are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

By accessing the helpwin Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the helpwin Platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and helpwin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings of any nature. These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms governing individual promotions, games, or payment methods — in the event of a conflict, these general Terms prevail unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on helpwin and to use any real-money services on the Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applies to all players accessing helpwin from the Philippines, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. helpwin strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
3.2 Geographic EligibilityThe helpwin Platform is operated within the regulatory framework applicable to Philippine-based online gaming. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. helpwin makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal liability.
3.3 ExclusionsThe following persons are ineligible to hold a helpwin account:

Registration requires you to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, create a secure password, and agree to these Terms. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
4.2 One Account PolicyEach individual may maintain only one registered account on helpwin. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or any other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. helpwin reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual and to permanently ban that individual from the Platform. All balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
4.3 KYC Verificationhelpwin is required to verify the identity and age of players before processing withdrawals. As part of this process, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license issued by the LTO, or a valid Philippine passport. helpwin may also require proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is a one-time process and is typically completed within one business day. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold pending document submission and approval.
4.4 Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpwin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. helpwin will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify helpwin's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
helpwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and cryptocurrency where available. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. helpwin does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the helpwin account holder.
5.2 Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount on helpwin is Philippine Peso 50 (₱50). helpwin does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. All deposits to helpwin must be funded from your own personal funds — deposits from third parties, shared accounts, or commercially operated payment channels are not permitted.
5.3 Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests on helpwin are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved. For verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. helpwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be directed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
5.4 CurrencyAll transactions on helpwin are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). Deposits made via international payment methods may be subject to currency conversion at prevailing exchange rates, which may result in amounts differing slightly from your originating currency value.
helpwin may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback credits, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the helpwin promotions page at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail over these general Terms only with respect to that specific promotion.
6.2 Wagering RequirementsAll bonus funds credited to a helpwin account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount applies. For example, a ₱500 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱15,000 in total wagers to be completed before any portion of that bonus or its associated winnings can be withdrawn.
6.3 Eligible GamesNot all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager to wagering requirement fulfillment. Table games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate, typically 10–20%. Live dealer games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfillment entirely. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are set out in the promotion-specific terms.
6.4 Bonus Abusehelpwin reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any account where it reasonably determines that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting errors in bonus crediting, using prohibited betting strategies to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements (including but not limited to equal-action betting on opposite outcomes), and claiming bonuses for which the player is not eligible.
6.5 Real Money FirstWhere a player's account contains both real money balance and bonus funds, real money balance is used for wagering first. Bonus funds are held separately and applied only after real money balance is exhausted unless the promotion-specific terms specify otherwise.
All wagers placed on helpwin are binding and final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and game settings before confirming any wager. helpwin will not reverse or adjust wagers after they have been accepted except where a clear technical error on helpwin's part is established and reported within 24 hours of the affected wager being placed.
All games available on the helpwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physically dealt cards and mechanical results monitored by gaming certification agencies including but not limited to GLI and BMM Testlabs. helpwin does not manipulate game outcomes. Any perception of patterns in game results is a function of the inherent variance of gambling games and does not indicate manipulation.
helpwin reserves the right to void any wager that is placed in error, that exploits a software malfunction or pricing error, or that is placed in violation of any applicable rule. Where a wager is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the player's balance without interest. Winnings associated with a voided wager are forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpwin Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions will result in immediate account suspension, possible permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
All content on the helpwin Platform — including but not limited to the helpwin name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, software, source code, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of helpwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the helpwin Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform, or to use any content for commercial purposes, without helpwin's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, helpwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes without limitation any loss of winnings, lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even where helpwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
helpwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk.
In no event shall helpwin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your helpwin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
helpwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where helpwin reasonably determines that:
Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, helpwin may forfeit any remaining balance at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method after completing applicable regulatory checks.
You may close your helpwin account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within one business day. Any verified real money balance will be returned via your last verified payment method subject to successful KYC verification.

The revised Terms will be published on the helpwin Platform and dated with the effective date of the revision. Your continued use of the helpwin Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact helpwin's support team to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the helpwin Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising between a player and helpwin that cannot be resolved through helpwin's internal customer support process shall be submitted first to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanism, where applicable. Where PAGCOR dispute resolution does not apply or is exhausted, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
